Project Manager

📍 Location: Mumbai / Pan India Project Sites 💼 Experience: 5 Years 🎓 Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Arch. / Interior Design or equivalent 🔹 Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end execution of modular Door,furniture,Shutter,interior fit-out & construction projects . Plan project schedules, manpower, materials and site activities. Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors and subcontractors . Monitor project cost, quality, timelines and productivity. Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and shop drawings. Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Stores and Logistics teams. Handle site issues, snagging, rectification and final project handover. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. 🔹 Candidate Profile ✅ 5 years of relevant project execution experience ✅ Strong experience in modular furniture / interior fit-out / construction ✅ Good knowledge of BOQ, drawings, material planning and cost control ✅ Excellent client & subcontractor coordination skills ✅ Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities ✅ Proficiency in MS Excel & AutoCAD preferred ✅ Willingness to travel to project sites across India 🔹 Key Skills Project Management | Site Execution | Modular Furniture | Interior Fit-Out | BOQ | Cost Control | Client Coordination | Vendor Management | Team Management
