Telecalling Councellor Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents regarding MCA entrance examinations, courses, eligibility, preparation strategy and career opportunities . Handle enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, website, social media and walk-ins . Understand students' academic background, requirements and career goals and recommend suitable courses. Convert enquiries and leads into course admissions through effective counselling and follow-up. Explain course features, faculty, study material, test series, mock tests, batch schedules and fee structures. Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students until admission is completed. Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling interactions, follow-ups and admissions in CRM/Excel. Coordinate with the academic team regarding demo classes, seminars, workshops and counselling sessions . Invite prospective students to attend demo classes and counselling sessions. Follow up with students who attend demos and seminars. Assist students with the admission and registration process. Maintain strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey. Achieve assigned monthly counselling and admission targets . Collect feedback from students and communicate recurring queries or concerns to the management. Participate in admission campaigns, college visits, seminars and promotional activities when required. Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills . Good convincing and counselling ability. Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills. Comfortable speaking with students and parents . Basic knowledge of MCA, BCA, B.Sc. and competitive entrance examinations is preferred. Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp and CRM tools . Ability to explain information clearly and professionally. Target-oriented and organized approach. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to handle multiple enquiries simultaneously.
