Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage housekeeping staff and daily cleaning activities. Ensure proper cleaning, hygiene, grooming, and discipline at the site. Allocate duties and monitor staff attendance and performance. Check cleaning quality and ensure proper use of chemicals and machines. Maintain housekeeping materials, equipment, and inventory. Handle client/site requirements and resolve housekeeping-related issues. Prepare daily reports and provide regular updates to the management. Train staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and company standards.
