Team Leader

Candidate Requirements2+ years of experience in education sales, online education, admissions, EdTech, inside sales, or counselling . Previous experience managing a team of counsellors/sales executives is preferred. Strong sales and target-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong follow-up and closing abilities. Ability to motivate and manage a team. Good knowledge of sales funnels, lead management, and CRM systems. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Ability to work under targets and deadlines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Experience with UG/PG admissions and online education programs will be an added advantage.
