Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, references, networking, and lead generation.
Visit corporate offices, companies, architects, interior designers, dealers, institutions, and commercial projects to generate business.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ergonomic seating and workplace solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at customer locations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Generate quotations, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into orders.
Coordinate with the showroom, sales, production, service, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
Track sales activities, customer interactions, leads, and opportunities through CRM/lead management systems.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
Participate in exhibitions, corporate meetings, dealer visits, and other business-development activities.
Ensure timely collection and follow-up for outstanding payments wherever required.
