CNC Operator

We are looking for a CNC Operator with hands-on experience operating 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines. The role involves machine setup, precision machining, quality inspection, and routine maintenance. Responsibilities Set up and operate 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines. Read engineering drawings and follow machining instructions. Set tools, workholding fixtures, and work offsets. Load CNC programs and make basic offset corrections. Inspect finished parts using vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments. Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain consistent quality. Follow safety procedures and keep machines and the workspace clean. Requirements Previous experience operating 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines. ITI, diploma, or equivalent practical experience in machining. Understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, cutting tools, and machining parameters. Basic knowledge of G-code and M-code. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Preferred: Experience with CNC setup, program prove-out, and machining different materials. Salary: Based on experience and skills.
