🚀 We're Hiring | Leasing Manager F&B & Retail Real Estate | Delhi NCR 💰 ₹35K–₹50K + Incentives 🛵 In - Office Work 👥 Team Management | 1–5 Years Experience What You'll Do Lead, guide and monitor the Leasing Associate team . Set scouting targets and track team performance. Identify and evaluate commercial properties. Build relationships with owners, landlords and brokers. Handle site visits, negotiations and property discussions. Coordinate with BD and drive suitable properties towards closure. What We're Looking For 1–5 years in Real Estate / Leasing / Scouting / BD. Team management or mentoring experience. Strong communication, negotiation and property knowledge. Target-driven and comfortable with field work.
