About the Role

We are looking for a multi-skilled Flutter Developer who can take ownership of mobile app development from UI/UX design to final deployment.

Since we work with a lean team, you will work across multiple stages of the product — understanding requirements, creating screens in Figma, developing them in Flutter, integrating APIs, testing the application, fixing issues, and supporting deployment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building products end-to-end, rather than working only on coding tasks.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX & Figma

Understand business and user requirements and convert them into mobile app flows.

Create wireframes, user flows and mobile UI designs in Figma.

Design clean, modern and user-friendly app interfaces.

Create reusable UI components and maintain design consistency.

Convert Figma designs into accurate Flutter interfaces.

Suggest improvements to UI/UX based on usability and technical feasibility.

Flutter Development

Develop Android and iOS applications using Flutter & Dart.

Build responsive screens and reusable components.

Implement navigation, forms, authentication, dashboards and other app features.

Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.

Work with Firebase and other backend services.

Implement push notifications and other required mobile features.

Debug and resolve application issues.

Product & Technical Ownership

Understand the complete requirement before starting development.

Work with the project/product team to plan features.

Make practical technical decisions suitable for the project.

Handle development, testing and improvements independently.

Coordinate with backend developers or external technical resources when required.

Maintain clean, scalable and reusable code.

Testing & Deployment

Test applications across different devices and screen sizes.

Identify and fix UI, functional and performance issues.

Prepare applications for Android/iOS deployment.

Support Google Play Store and App Store releases.

Maintain and update applications after launch.
