The company is a technology-enabled legal services organization providing title due diligence, property legal opinions, and related legal solutions to banks, NBFCs, housing finance companies, and other financial institutions.
Position Summary
We are looking for Junior Lawyers / L1 Advocates to support property title verification, legal document scrutiny, title search, and preparation of legal opinions in accordance with client guidelines and internal SOPs.
The role is suitable for candidates with 0–3 years of experience, as well as fresh law graduates with strong academic credentials and an interest in property law and legal operations.
Key Responsibilities
Title Examination
Examine title documents relating to immovable properties.
Verify ownership, chain of title, and continuity of transactions.
Review sale deeds, gift deeds, partition deeds, release deeds, settlement deeds, wills, and other title documents.
Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential legal risks in property titles.
Legal Opinion Preparation
Prepare property title search reports and legal opinions.
Assess the marketability and mortgageability of properties.
Highlight legal observations, risks, conditions, and recommendations.
Ensure opinions comply with client-specific formats and quality standards.
Document Verification
Review Encumbrance Certificates (EC), RTC/Pahani, Patta/Khata and other land records.
Verify approvals, tax receipts, mutation records, and revenue documents.
Cross-check supporting documents received from operations teams.
Quality & Compliance
Follow internal SOPs and quality standards.
Ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and property information.
Support quality audits and implement feedback.
Collaboration
Coordinate with Legal Operations teams for document clarifications.
Work closely with Senior Advocates and Quality Review teams.
Escalate complex legal issues requiring higher-level review.

Eligibility & Qualifications
LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
Enrolled with the State Bar Council and eligible to practice.
0–2 years of experience in property law, title verification, legal opinion preparation, or related legal work.
Fresh advocates with strong academic credentials may also apply.

Telugu language proficiency is mandatory – Reading & Speaking.
