About the Role

A brand specializing in bridal collections and designer ethnic wear, is looking for enthusiastic and experienced Fashion Consultants to join its team.

We are seeking candidates with a background in bridal wear, ethnic fashion, designer boutiques or premium fashion retail who understand customer preferences and can provide personalized styling recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting bridal outfits, lehengas, sarees and designer ethnic wear.

Understand customer preferences, occasions and budgets to recommend suitable collections.

Provide personalized fashion and styling consultations.

Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver an excellent shopping experience.

Drive sales through product recommendations, upselling and cross-selling.

Maintain product displays and showroom presentation.

Coordinate with customers regarding outfit selections, orders and follow-ups.

Eligibility & Requirements

Prior experience in bridal wear, ethnic wear, designer boutiques or premium fashion retail is preferred.

Good knowledge of bridal collections, lehengas, sarees and ethnic fashion trends.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good fashion sense and customer-handling abilities.

Sales-oriented approach with a passion for fashion.

Candidates with excellent fashion knowledge and relevant skills may also be considered.

Position Levels

Associate Fashion Consultant

Experience

1–2 years preferred.

Good product knowledge and customer-handling skills.

Senior Fashion Consultant

Experience

3+ years preferred.

Strong expertise in bridal fashion, styling, sales conversion and premium customer handling.
