At Châlet D’Or, a Service Associate is not just a server but a curator of experience. You are responsible for delivering a seamless, refined, and memorable hospitality journey that enhances the client’s retail experience through elegance, precision, and warmth.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver 5-star hospitality service to showroom guests with grace and confidence

Serve beverages (coffee, tea, mocktails) and gourmet accompaniments with perfect etiquette and presentation

Maintain immaculate grooming standards and a polished personal presence at all times

Understand and explain menu offerings with clarity, sophistication, and product knowledge

Set up and maintain service areas including crockery, glassware, and serving stations to luxury standards

Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, unobtrusive service

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the service environment

Coordinate smoothly with team members to maintain a flawless service flow

Required Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or premium cafés preferred

Strong communication skills in English (well-spoken and polished)

Knowledge of basic F&B service etiquette

Well-groomed personality with a professional and presentable appearance

Ability to handle guests with confidence, calmness, and courtesy

Attention to detail and a natural sense of hospitality
