Experience: 5–8 years

We are looking for an experienced Lead Management & Telecalling Executive to handle and follow up with leads received through Meta, phone calls, website, email, WhatsApp and other sources.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming leads and make outbound calls for lead qualification.

Understand customer requirements and identify potential leads.

Regularly follow up with leads and maintain proper lead status.

Manage leads through CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.

Coordinate qualified leads with the sales team.

Maintain daily/weekly lead and follow-up reports.

Ensure no lead is missed or left unattended.

Requirements

2–5 years of relevant experience in telecalling, lead management or inside sales.

Good communication skills in Hindi & English.

Good follow-up and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM.

Prior experience handling digital/Meta-generated leads preferred.

Candidates residing in Noida, Greater Noida or nearby areas preferred.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
