U.S. Night Shift

STRICTLY OFFICE-BASED – NO WORK FROM HOME

Full-Time

Blue Summit Group is seeking a qualified Indian Medical Doctor to support physicians and medical practices in the United States.

This is a non-hospital, U.S. healthcare support role involving clinical documentation, physician scribing and Chronic Care Management (CCM).

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Scribing

Review or participate in U.S. physician-patient encounters

Document history, examination findings, assessment and treatment plans

Prepare accurate clinical notes in the EMR/EHR

Review patient charts, medications, diagnoses, laboratory results and medical history

Prepare documentation for physician review and signature

Maintain accurate, timely and HIPAA-compliant documentation

Chronic Care Management

Review patients with chronic medical conditions

Assist with development and maintenance of patient care plans

Review medications, diagnoses, labs and clinical information

Coordinate follow-up care under the direction of the U.S. physician/practice

Identify outstanding follow-ups and care-management needs

Document CCM activities and patient communications

Coordinate with patients, physicians and medical-office staff

Qualifications

MBBS strongly preferred

Candidates with equivalent recognized medical qualifications may be considered based on experience

Strong understanding of clinical medicine and medical terminology

Excellent written and spoken English

Excellent medical documentation skills

Comfortable working with U.S. physicians and patients

EMR/EHR experience preferred

U.S. healthcare, medical-scribing or CCM experience is a major advantage

Must be willing to work permanent U.S. night shifts

IMPORTANT

This is a 100% work-from-office position for night shift in Ameerpet, Hyderabad. There is no work-from-home or remote option.
