Position: Area Retail Manager – Jewellery

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee multiple jewellery stores

Drive sales, revenue and business targets

Monitor store operations and team performance

Lead, coach and motivate Store Managers & retail teams

Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards

Analyse sales, stock, productivity and store performance

Ensure compliance with company policies and processes

Candidate Profile

Relevant experience in Jewellery Retail is preferred

Strong experience in multi-store/area retail management

Excellent leadership, communication and team-management skills

Strong understanding of sales, operations and customer service

Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period preferred
