The Manager will be the primary custodian of high-value, engineered-to-order (ETO) pump projects. Lead a team of Project Managers to ensure that complex pump packages are designed, manufactured, tested, and delivered on time, within budget. Manage the full project P&L, ensuring the post order margin exceeds the pre-order margin. Serve as the lead negotiator for contract disputes, liquidated damage claims, and force majeure events.
