Telesales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven experienced Tele sales Executive to join our B2B sales team in Dehradun . The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential business clients, promoting products/services, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing B2B clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Explain company products/services, understand client requirements, and provide suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain consistent follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead nurturing and campaign updates.
• Handle client queries and objections professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales, inside sales, or B2B sales (preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong persuasive and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and online communication platforms.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Salary
