Secondary Teacher

Responsibilities

• Teaching: Conduct engaging lectures for Classes 8, 9, and 10 covering Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
• Planning: Prepare structured daily lesson plans, practice worksheets, and test papers aligned with the board syllabus (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
• Evaluation: Conduct regular unit tests, evaluate performance, identify weak areas, and provide remedial support.
• Classroom Management: Maintain discipline, foster an encouraging learning environment, and ensure active student participation.
• Parent Communication: Provide periodic updates to parents regarding student progress and test scores.
