Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Manager to manage showroom sales, lead the sales team, drive customer engagement, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day retail/showroom sales operations.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Handle customer enquiries, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
• Drive sales of electrical, lighting, and smart home products.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent service.
• Monitor sales performance, targets, and daily/monthly reports.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, quotations, and order closures.
• Coordinate with inventory and other departments for smooth order execution.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in retail/showroom sales, preferably electrical, lighting, or building materials.
• Strong team handling and sales-closing skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and confident personality.
• Knowledge of showroom/retail sales operations.
