About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to join our real estate advisory team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, understands client needs, and wants to gain hands-on experience in real estate sales, client management, CRM, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiries and follow up with prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and assist them with suitable real estate opportunities.
• Maintain and update CRM records and customer journeys.
• Schedule client meetings and coordinate site visit handovers.
• Support email marketing and client follow-ups.
• Maintain basic sales data and reports.
• Stay updated on real estate trends and suggest relevant content ideas.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong verbal and written English communication is a must.
• Confident and professional while interacting with clients.
• Strong interest in sales and real estate.
• Good research and data-organising skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, and basic presentations.
• Proactive, organised, and willing to learn.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant practical experience are welcome.
