IPQA Officer

In-process monitoring – Manufacturing/packing activities की monitoring करना। BMR/BPR verification – Batch Manufacturing Record और Batch Packing Record की entries/checks verify करना। Line clearance – Manufacturing और packing area में line clearance देना। Dispensing verification – Raw material dispensing की सही पहचान, quantity और status verify करना। Equipment \& area checks – Equipment status, cleaning और area conditions verify करना। GMP compliance – Personnel, hygiene, gowning और GMP practices की monitoring करना। Sampling – In-process और finished product के लिए निर्धारित sampling procedures follow करना। Deviation handling – Process deviation को identify, document और investigation में support करना। Change Control – Changes के implementation और compliance की verification करना। Documentation – SOP, BMR/BPR, logbooks, checklists और IPQA records maintain करना। Environmental/Process monitoring – निर्धारित parameters की monitoring और documentation करना। Yield \& reconciliation – Manufacturing/packing में yield और material reconciliation verify करना। Audit support – Internal, customer और regulatory audits के दौरान documentation/evidence provide करना। CAPA follow-up – Corrective and Preventive Actions की implementation और effectiveness monitoring में support करना। Batch release support – सभी required in-process checks और documentation complete होने की verification करना

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
