Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Coil CTL Operator from the steel industry with hands-on experience in operating and handling Coil-to-Length (CTL) processing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CTL machinery for processing Hot Rolled (HR) Coils.
• Set and operate the machine according to required length, width and thickness specifications.
• Monitor coil processing, cutting, and material quality.
• Ensure accurate dimensions and minimize material wastage.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and coordinate with maintenance teams when required.
• Follow production, quality and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain production records and report operational issues.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Steel industry experience.
• Hands-on experience as an HR Coil CTL Operator.
• Knowledge of HR coil processing and CTL operations.
• Understanding of steel grades, thickness, width and dimensional requirements.
• Ability to identify basic quality issues during processing.
• Candidates with relevant coil-processing experience will be preferred.

Experience

Relevant HR Coil/CTL operating experience required.

Pay
