We are looking for an energetic, results-driven, and confident Real Estate Sales Executive to join our expanding sales team.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads through digital platforms, networking, references, and database management.

Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone calls, pitch property offerings, and schedule meetings/site visits.

Client Handling: Understand clients' property requirements, budget constraints, and preferences to suggest the most suitable residential or commercial projects.

Site Visits

Accompany clients to property site visits, explain project highlights, amenities, and infrastructure details effectively.

Closing Deals: Handle client negotiations, address queries or objections, and manage the end-to-end process from booking to deal closure.

Relationship Management

Maintain long-term, positive relationships with clients for future referrals and repeat business.

Required Skills \& Qualifications: Experience: 6 months to 4+ years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales or direct B2C sales.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and presentation skills (Fluency in local language and English is a must).

Negotiation Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to close deals successfully. Target-Driven: Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to perform well under pressure and meet monthly sales targets. Interpersonal Skills: Customer-centric approach with a polite, confident, and professional demeanor.
