As Content \& Creative Manager, you'll own the voice and content direction of Mobius Bloom and its products across social media, blogs, and digital channels — turning ideas into content that engages, educates, and converts.

ROLE SUMMARY

You'll lead content strategy and creative direction across both brands: deciding what gets said, where, and why; writing blogs, articles, and captions; scripting reels and carousels; and running our social media accounts day to day. This is a thinking-and-writing role, not just execution — you'll also guide format and visual direction by briefing the design team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Strategy \& Planning - Own the content calendar and posting strategy across platforms for both brands. - Decide what gets made, where, and why — balancing brand and product/lead-gen content. - Track performance and adjust the approach accordingly.
• Writing - Write blogs/articles on WhatsApp automation, HR tech, product features, and industry trends. - Write scripts, hooks, and captions for reels, carousels, and static posts. - Adjust tone and format across LinkedIn, Instagram, and blog content.
• Social Media \& Creative Direction - Manage and grow Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook accounts — posting and engaging. - Conceptualise reels, carousels, and campaign creatives; brief the design team and review output for tone and clarity.
• Brand Ownership - Mobius Bloom: brand, team, culture, milestones, hiring, company updates. - Whalexy: WhatsApp automation features, use-cases, and product updates. - Keep a consistent voice across both brands while preserving each one's distinct identity.

SKILLS -

• Strong written English; able to adjust tone and format across platforms (captions, scripts, articles).
• Working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook from a content standpoint. -
• Comfort managing a content calendar and tracking performance. -
• Enough creative sense to brief a designer or storyboard a reel. - Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for ideation and faster production — a strong plus. -
• Familiarity with Canva or similar is a bonus.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1-4 years of experience in content writing, social media, or content marketing. -
• A strong portfolio: blogs/articles, captions, reel or carousel concepts. -
• Clear, persuasive writing and the ability to shift voice across formats. -
• An understanding of what makes content perform — hooks, pacing, CTAs.
• An ownership mindset and comfort in a fast-moving startup environment.

COMPENSATION \& GROWTH

Fixed Salary: Competitive, mapped to experience and portfolio. Growth Path: Content \& Creative Manager -\> Senior Content Manager -\> Content/Brand Lead.
