• Strong knowledge of PEB / structural detailing

• Expertise in Tekla, AutoCAD, and detailing tools

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Understanding of fabrication and erection processes

• Good coordination and communication skills

Job Responsibilities

Enquiry Handling \& Initial Processing

• Receive and raise enquiries based on inputs from sales/clients.
• Perform preliminary analysis of enquiries including scope, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure all required parameters are fulfilled as per company guidelines before forwarding.
• Identify missing information and coordinate with sales/client for clarification.

Design Coordination \& Estimation

• Share validated enquiries with the design team for estimation and drawing preparation.
• Ensure designers provide estimates and drawings within defined TAT (3 days).
• Follow up with design team to avoid delays and maintain workflow efficiency.

Offer Preparation \& Revalidation

• Recheck project inputs and design outputs received from the design team.
• Ensure accuracy of estimation, specifications, and drawings before release.
• Coordinate for preparation and release of final techno-commercial offer to the sales team.

Post-Order Design Coordination

• Upon order confirmation, ensure further design and drawing processes are carried out as per defined workflow.
• Coordinate between design, detailing, and project teams for continuity.

Drawing Process Management (Stage-wise)

Stage 1: Initial Drawings

• Coordinate preparation and checking of preliminary drawings.
• Ensure alignment with enquiry specifications and design inputs.

Stage 2: Final Drawing Handover

• Facilitate smooth handover of approved drawings to detailing/next department.
• Ensure all required documents and approvals are in place.

Stage 3: 3D \& Advanced Detailing

• Coordinate for 3D modelling and advanced detailing activities.
• Ensure outputs meet project and production requirements.

Drawing Review \& Quality Check

• Support in checking of drawings for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Verify measurements, specifications, and consistency across documents.
• Coordinate corrections and revisions with the design team.

Complex Enquiries \& Technical Coordination

• Assist in handling complex enquiries and technical queries in coordination with senior designers.
• Ensure proper documentation and clarity of technical requirements.
• Escalate critical issues to senior management/design head when required.

Data Management \& Documentation

• Maintain records of enquiries, drawings, estimates, and project documents.
• Track status of enquiries, design outputs, and order conversions.
• Ensure proper version control and documentation practices.

Coordination \& Communication

• Act as a bridge between Sales, Design, and Detailing teams.
• Ensure timely communication and updates across departments.
• Support in improving coordination efficiency and reducing delays.

Pay

₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
