Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities at our Raipur city office. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a construction or manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and supporting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting-related compliances.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and accounting statements.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial transactions.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for timely collections.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Assist management with accounting reports and other financial requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in a construction or manufacturing company is preferred.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities within deadlines.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
