Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell FMCG products in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of market trends, distribution channels, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Visit distributors, retailers, and wholesalers regularly to ensure product availability and visibility.
• Develop new markets and onboard potential dealers/distributors.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure proper product display, stock rotation, and timely order collection.
• Maintain relationships with key customers and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare daily sales reports and share market feedback with the management team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferred).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.

Education

• Graduate in any discipline (B. Com, BBA, or equivalent preferred).
