Customer Relationship Manager

• Receive leads from agency through Social Media \& record the data in CRM.
• Identification \& Punching of raw leads (windows customer, social media, reference ) in CRM Software.
• Calling to all raw leads \& sharing of company profile with customer need identification.
• Sharing of Filtered leads to Marketing Executives.
• Listing down of Design \& Quotation Requirement from Marketing Team.
• Allotting design \& quotation to designers.
• Follow up with Designers for Quotations to speed up productions process.
• Follow up with Marketing Team on Daily Reports, Visits \& Hot Leads.
• Allotment \& Follow Up of Final Window Customers to respective Marketing Buddy.
• Thank You Note \& Goodies with Customer through Marketing Executive.
• Identifying non closure in discussion with marketing team \& sharing it with Management for necessary action.
• Strong Technical Knowledge
• Detail-oriented and focused on results
