- Manage and coordinate the Realtor/Sales team and internal team.
- Monitor daily attendance, punctuality and team activities.
- Coordinate between the site team, Realtor team, management and other departments.
- Monitor team performance and follow up on pending tasks.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports to management
