Role Overview

We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, and converting prospects into business opportunities through outbound and inbound calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads
• Understand client requirements and pitch relevant services (web/app/software solutions)
• Handle inbound inquiries and follow-ups professionally
• Maintain and update CRM with call details and lead status
• Schedule meetings/demos for the sales or technical team
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high engagement
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets

Required Skills

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Basic understanding of IT services (websites, apps, software)
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle objections and close deals
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

Eligibility

• Any graduate (preferred: Business, Marketing, or IT background)
• 0–2 years of experience in telesales / telecalling / inside sales
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply
