Corporate Relationship Intern

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Corporate Relationship Executive -to join our team. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting follow-ups, coordinating interviews, and maintaining data records. This position requires excellent communication and persuasion skills, as well as a willingness to travel across India with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct job searches using various job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri.com, and Indeed based on location and job requirements.
• Call candidates who have applied for job postings, confirm their interest, and provide them with job details.
• Filter candidates based on job description and location suitability.
• Share filtered CVs with interviewers via WhatsApp and email.
• Follow up daily for interview scheduling and, if required, arrange the interview platform.
• Follow up with candidates regarding their joining letters, joining dates, and job offers.
• For rejected candidates, forward CVs to other companies and repeat the screening and interview coordination process.

₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
