About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Ads / Performance Marketing Intern who is interested in learning and working on digital advertising campaigns. The intern will get hands-on exposure to Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram), Google Ads, campaign management, audience targeting, performance tracking, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns

• Support audience research, targeting, budgeting, and campaign setup

• Monitor ad performance and track key metrics

• Assist in analyzing reach, engagement, leads, conversions, CPC, CTR, and other campaign metrics

• Help with basic campaign optimization under guidance

• Coordinate with the content and design team for ad creatives

• Assist in preparing basic performance reports and campaign insights

• Research current advertising trends, strategies, and best practices

• Learn and implement performance marketing strategies through practical work

Who Can Apply?

• Freshers and students interested in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing

• Candidates with basic knowledge of Meta Ads and/or Google Ads

• Candidates who have completed a digital marketing course and want practical exposure
