Trainee -PSA Oxygen Plant

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training on PSA Oxygen Plant operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Train engineers and technicians on preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Provide practical training on electrical, electronic, and biomedical components of PSA systems
• Develop training materials, SOPs, checklists, and assessment modules
• Evaluate trainee competency and identify skill gaps
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations and technical sessions
• Support engineers in improving troubleshooting and service skills
• Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and performance reports
• Coordinate with service teams to identify training requirements and service gaps
• Travel to assigned locations for technical training as required

Preferred Profile

• Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Biomedical Engineering
• Experience in PSA Oxygen Plant service, maintenance, or medical gas systems preferred
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication, presentation, and training skills
• Ability to conduct practical and classroom-based technical training
• Willingness to travel across assigned locations
