What You’ll Do (Field Role)

• Visit sites, architects, and designers to generate leads
• Meet potential clients and pitch interior solutions
• Build strong relationships in the market
• Follow up and convert leads into projects
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
• Achieve targets and grow with performance

Who Should Apply

• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years experience
• Confident, presentable, and good communication skills
• A go-getter attitude with strong ambition
• Someone who wants to earn, learn, and grow fast
• Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license

Salary \& Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on profile)
• Attractive Incentives: Earn additional ₹10,000 – ₹30,000+ based on performance
• Travel/Petrol Allowance (as applicable)
• Fast salary growth based on performance
