Executive Assistant to MD

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to provide administrative support to our MD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the MD schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential and sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD calendar and schedule appointments.
- Prepare and dispatch correspondence, emails, and other documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
- Develop and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Additional Responsibilities
- Coordinate with banks regarding Fixed Deposits (FDs), Bank Guarantees (BGs), and Letters of Credit (LCs).
- Assist in documentation for LC/BG issuance, renewals, and closures.
- Work with accounts payable/receivable and assist in vendor management.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.com, M.com, BBA,MBA (Finance) – Recent graduate (20,21,22,23,24,2025 batch)
- Minimum 60% throughout academics, with no active backlogs
- Schooling must be from English Medium background
- Good understanding of basic finance \& banking concepts
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High learning ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
