About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AD Sales Manager – Digital Media to manage and grow digital advertising business across Jharkhand and Bihar.

The role will focus on developing digital advertising solutions, building client relationships, acquiring new business, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital advertising sales strategies for the assigned market.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with advertisers and agencies.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client marketing objectives and propose suitable digital advertising solutions.
• Sell digital advertising solutions including banner, CPM, CPL and other innovative formats.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial offers for clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close advertising deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Monitor sales performance, revenue and campaign results.
• Stay updated on digital advertising trends, formats and industry developments.
• Use social media and digital channels for business development and client engagement.
• Develop customized brand solutions based on client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital advertising/media sales.
• Experience in selling digital advertising solutions such as CPM, CPL, display/banner advertising or similar formats.
• Good understanding of digital media and advertising.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and develop suitable solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
• Experience with social media selling and digital business development is preferred.

Note: Candidates should have relevant experience in digital media/ad sales and be comfortable working with clients across Jharkhand and Bihar.

Pay

₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
