Job Summary- We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent service support. The candidate should have good communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused approach. Roles \& Responsibilities- Handle customer calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries professionally. Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information. Follow upwith customers regarding pending queries. Provide product/service information to customers. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support. Maintain daily reports and feedback records. Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM handling preferred). Ability to manage multiplecustomer queries.
