Staff Nurse – IVF Centre

Qualification

B.Sc. Nursing

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in an IVF/Fertility Centre preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients undergoing fertility and IVF treatments.
• Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, OPU, ET and other IVF-related procedures.
• Monitor patients before, during and after procedures.
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed by the doctor.
• Assist with patient preparation and post-procedure care.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment charts and nursing documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors, embryology, laboratory and other departments.
• Educate patients regarding medications, procedures and follow-up instructions.
• Maintain infection control, hygiene and safety standards.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of medical equipment.
• Support smooth day-to-day operations of the IVF nursing department.

Skills Required

• Good clinical and patient-care skills.
• Knowledge of IVF/fertility procedures is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Compassionate and patient-friendly approach.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
