Sr. Sales Executive

Core Team Member – Sales \& Growth (Commission/Equity-Based) \| Recruit AI

Recruit AI is an early-stage, Raipur-based startup building an AI-powered hiring workspace for recruitment teams — combining evidence-led resume screening, AI-driven interviews, candidate discovery, and hiring analytics, all in one reviewable workflow. We help hiring teams make faster, more confident hiring decisions while keeping the final call in human hands. We're not hiring a typical "sales executive."

We're looking for a core team member who wants to build something from the ground up and grow with us.

The Deal (Be Honest, No Sugarcoating)

This is not a fixed-salary role right now. As an early-stage startup, we can't offer a monthly paycheck yet. What we're offering instead is a revenue-share partnership: for every client you bring on board, you get a defined percentage of what Recruit AI earns from that deal. The more you sell, the more you earn — directly and transparently. As we scale, this can evolve into a full-time paid + equity role for the right person.

What You'll Do

reach out to hiring teams, HR leads, and founders who need better recruitment tools Pitch Recruit AI's platform — resume intelligence, AI interviews, candidate discovery, hiring analytics Own the full sales cycle: outreach → demo booking → follow-up → closing Build and manage your own pipeline of leads and clients Work directly with the founder — your inputs will shape our sales pitch, pricing conversations, and go-to-market strategy Help set up sales processes and playbooks as one of the first people on the team

Who We're Looking For

Some prior experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (internships count) Comfortable selling a SaaS/tech product, ideally with some exposure to HR-tech or B2B sales Self-driven, hungry, and comfortable with startup ambiguity — no fixed playbook exists yet, you'll help write it Strong communication and convincing skills — you'll be explaining an AI product to non-technical HR folks Someone who wants ownership, not just a job — you'll be treated as a core team member, not employee
