Key Responsibilities

Student Recruitment \& Conversion

• Meet and exceed assigned regional admission and revenue targets.

• Counsel walk-in, phone, and virtual prospects about courses, fee structures, and career scopes.

• Manage lead pipelines from first inquiry to fee submission and final enrollment.

Networking \& Institutional Partnerships

• Build partnerships with local high schools, junior colleges, coaching centers, and educational consultants.

• Organise career counseling sessions and motivational seminars in regional schools.

Outreach \& Brand Promotion

• Represent the college at local education fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.

• Distribute marketing collateral (brochures, flyers) at high-visibility target zones or competitive exam centers.

Reporting \& CRM Management

• Track daily outreach, call logs, and conversion metrics using the institutional CRM.

• Submit periodic competitor analysis, market trends, and admission forecasts to the head office.

Requirements \& Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (MBA or Marketing specialization preferred).

• Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven field sales, student counseling, or business development experience in the education sector.

• Language \& Soft Skills: Fluent in English and the local/regional language. Strong public speaking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Other Requirements: High willingness for local travel within the assigned state or zone.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
