Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a field sales team of 4–5+ members.
• Drive daily and weekly team targets and productivity.
• Drive QR \& Sound Box onboarding and merchant acquisition.
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular guidance.
• Conduct market visits and ensure effective team coordination.
• Support merchant acquisition, business growth and target achievement.

Candidate Requirements Minimum 4–5 members team-handling experience in field sales. Field sales / merchant acquisition experience. QR \& Sound Box sales/onboarding experience preferred. Experience in achieving and managing team targets. Strong communication, leadership and people-management skills. Ability to manage, motivate and monitor a field sales team.

Preferred Industry- Phonepe, Bharatpe, Paytm
