Job Description – Field Promoter (Bajaj Metro Card Sales) Position: Field Promoter – Metro Card Sales Company/Brand: Bajaj Job Type: Full-Time Job Location: Delhi NCR Salary: ₹20,000 per month (Fixed) Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Field Promoters to promote and sell Bajaj Metro Cards at designated metro stations and other assigned locations. The selected candidates will be responsible for engaging with commuters, explaining the benefits and features of the metro card, and assisting customers with the card sales process. Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell Bajaj Metro Cards at assigned metro stations and field locations. Approach and interact professionally with commuters and potential customers. Explain the features, benefits, and usage of the metro card. Assist customers with the card application and activation process. Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information. Coordinate with the team and report daily sales activities to the supervisor. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the brand. Follow all company and metro station guidelines and policies. Candidate RequirementsMinimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or equivalent. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a field/metro station environment. Energetic, confident, and customer-friendly personality. Ability to achieve sales targets. Basic knowledge of Hindi; knowledge of English will be an advantage. Compensation & Benefits Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month Full-time employment opportunity.
