Accountant

We’re Hiring: Accountant – Accounts, Procurement & Inventory Company: Mode Interiors Location: Near Hennur, Bangalore Mode Interiors is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounts, coordinate procurement, and track material inward and outward movements at our interior manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities Maintain daily accounts, purchase and sales entries, invoices, receipts, and expense records. Track customer collections, vendor payments, petty cash, and bank reconciliations. Support GST/TDS documentation and coordinate with our CA for filings. Coordinate material procurement: obtain vendor quotations, compare prices, prepare purchase orders, and follow up on deliveries. Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans; record quantities, shortages, damages, and returns. Track outgoing materials and project dispatches, maintaining accurate stock records and supporting documents. Coordinate with the design and production teams on material requirements and provide regular accounts and inventory reports. Requirements B.Com or a relevant qualification. Working knowledge of Tally, Excel, and basic GST accounting. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. To Apply: Share your resume with Mode Interiors.
