We build websites, mobile apps, AI tools, and cloud solutions, offer digital marketing and IT staffing services, and run our own business software suite, AyPaSa. We work with clients across India and internationally. Role OverviewWe are looking for a confident, well-spoken telecaller who can work from home for 4 focused hours a day. You will contact businesses, introduce our services and products, find interested prospects, and set up meetings or demos for our sales team. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to business leads from lists we provide (target: [60–80] calls per shift) Explain CodeFacts services and AyPaSa products in simple, clear language Find out what the prospect needs and whether they are a good fit Book meetings, demos, or follow-up calls for the sales team Follow up with warm leads by phone and WhatsApp Record call outcomes, notes, and next steps in our CRM or tracking sheet Share a short daily report of calls made, conversations held, and meetings booked English / Hindi / Telugu / Marathi / Kannada / Tamil Languages preferrable
