CVD Diamond Manufacturing Plant Manager We are looking for an experienced, responsible, technically strong, and result-oriented CVD Diamond Manufacturing Plant Manager to manage the complete production operations of our CVD Diamond Manufacturing Plant. Job DescriptionThe CVD Diamond Manufacturing Plant Manager will be responsible for managing complete plant operations, production planning, machine utilization, manpower, process control, maintenance coordination, quality performance, safety, and overall productivity. Key Responsibilities Manage complete day-to-day operations of the CVD Diamond Manufacturing Plant. Plan machine-wise, shift-wise, and production-wise CVD manufacturing schedules. Ensure optimum utilization of CVD machines and available production capacity. Monitor daily machine running status, active machines, idle machines, breakdown machines, and machines under maintenance. Monitor important CVD process parameters including power, pressure, temperature, gas flow, vacuum, cooling conditions, recipe, and growth hours. Review production runs, growth rates, diamond quality, rejection, yield, and machine performance. Coordinate with CVD engineers for recipe modifications, trials, new processes, and production improvements. Ensure proper planning of diamond seeds, holders, recipes, production batches, and machine loading. Monitor loading and unloading schedules of CVD machines Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Machine utilization % Machine availability % Production achievement vs target Number of successful production runs Average CVD growth rate Machine-wise production performance Key Requirements 5–10 years of experience in CVD Diamond Manufacturing, Diamond Manufacturing, Industrial Production, Engineering, or Plant Operations preferred. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a Production Manager, Plant Manager, CVD Manager, Production Head, or similar leadership role preferred. Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Production, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field preferred. Strong understanding of CVD diamond manufacturing processes preferred. Good understanding of industrial machinery, electrical systems, vacuum systems, gas systems, cooling systems, chillers, pumps, utilities, and production processes. Ability to understand and analyze machine parameters and production data.
