Job Description – ITI Fitter (Fresher) Position: ITI Fitter – Fresher Department: CNC & conventional machine maintenance Experience: Fresher – 0 to 1 Year Qualification: ITI – Fitter Location: RT Nagar Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a motivated ITI Fitter – Fresher to join our CNC & conventional machine maintenance team. The candidate will assist in machine assembly, fitting, maintenance, inspection and basic troubleshooting while following safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assist in CNC & conventional machine maintenance, assembly and fitting . Perform basic fitting activities such as cutting, drilling, grinding, filing and measuring . Assist senior technicians in machine installation, maintenance and repair . Read and understand basic mechanical engineering drawings and measurements . Use hand tools and basic workshop equipment safely. Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities. Identify basic machine/equipment issues and report them to the supervisor. Maintain tools, equipment and work areas properly. Follow company quality, safety and housekeeping standards . Maintain required maintenance records. Work effectively with technicians, supervisors and other team members. Skills Required ITI certification in Fitter Trade . Basic knowledge of fitting tools and workshop practices. Basic understanding of mechanical components. Ability to read basic mechanical engineering drawings. Good learning attitude and willingness to work on the shop floor. Good communication and teamwork skills. Experience Freshers are welcome. Candidates with internship/apprenticeship or 0–1 year of relevant experience can also apply.
