Reliability Team Leader – Job Description Job Title - Reliability Team Leader Location - Koramangala, Bangalore Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and experienced Reliability Team Leader to manage day-to-day team operations, ensure process compliance, improve team performance, and maintain high levels of operational reliability. The role involves team management, performance monitoring, issue resolution, and coordination with internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage and lead the Reliability team to achieve daily and monthly targets. Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and quality metrics. Ensure all operational processes are followed as per company guidelines. Identify operational issues and take timely corrective actions. Conduct regular team huddles, reviews, and performance discussions. Support team members with process-related queries and challenges. Coordinate with Operations, HR, Training, and other relevant teams. Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management. Track team KPIs and identify areas for improvement. Handle escalations and resolve issues within the defined TAT. Coach and motivate team members to improve productivity and quality. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Required SkillsStrong team management and leadership skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical and problem-solving ability. Ability to manage targets and work under pressure. Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and reporting. Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills. Experience Salary - upto 30k to 35k NTH 2–4 years of relevant experience in Team Handling, Operations, Recruitment, Reliability, or a similar role.
