About DG Rento DG Rento is a content creation company. We handle shooting and editing for brands across different industries, including reels, podcasts, ads, and corporate videos. About the Role: We need a creative Video Editor to edit content for multiple clients. You will turn raw footage into polished videos that match each client's brand and style. Key Responsibilities: Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos Edit podcasts (video and audio), including multi-camera editing, cuts, and audio cleanup Edit client shoots such as ads, brand videos, corporate films, and testimonials Add motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, and transitions Do color correction, color grading, and sound mixing Create videos in different formats (16:9, 9:16, 1:1) Follow each client's brand guidelines and requirements Work with the shoot and creative team on concepts, scripts, and storyboards Make revisions based on client feedback Handle multiple client projects and meet deadlines Organize and archive raw footage and final files Required Software & Tools Video editing Adobe Premiere Pro (must have) Adobe After Effects (motion graphics) DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro (preferred) Design & graphics Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (basic to intermediate) Canva (quick social creatives) Audio Adobe Audition or Audacity Mobile & quick-edit apps CapCut, InShot, VN Editor Other tools Auto-caption tools (Submagic, Captions, etc.) Google Drive for file sharing Required Skills: Strong storytelling and visual sense Experience editing reels and podcasts Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and export settings Understanding of social media trends and platform requirements Ability to edit Hindi, Gujarati, and English content, including subtitles Ability to adapt to different client styles and industries Attention to detail and time management Good communication and teamwork Qualifications: Graduate, or diploma/certification in Video Editing, Multimedia, or Animation 1-3 years of experience as a Video Editor A portfolio or showreel (reels and podcast work preferred) is mandatory Good to Have Basic videography and camera handling Experience with an agency or production house Thumbnail design and basic YouTube SEO What We Offer: Work on diverse projects for different brands Creative freedom and learning opportunities Competitive salary as per experience and skills How to Apply: Send your resume and portfolio/showreel link to [HR email ID].
