Senior Operations Executive

Job Description – Operations Executive/Manager Jai Bajrang Chemicals 📍 Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh 💼 Job Type: Full-time | On-site 🏢 Company: Startup / Growing Business About the Role: Jai Bajrang Chemicals is looking for a responsible and proactive Operations Executive/Manager to manage day-to-day business operations, coordinate pickups, vendors, customers, staff, and ensure smooth execution of operational activities. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor daily operations and pickup schedules . Coordinate with restaurants, hotels, cafés, vendors and collection partners. Plan route-wise pickup and delivery schedules . Maintain daily records of oil collection, quantity, payments and expenses . Coordinate with field staff and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Handle vendor/customer queries and maintain strong relationships. Track inventory, containers, transportation and other operational requirements. Prepare daily/weekly operational reports. Identify operational issues and take quick corrective action. Support the management in achieving daily and monthly collection targets . Coordinate with sales, accounts and management teams. Maintain proper documentation and ensure company processes are followed. Candidate Requirements Graduate in any stream; MBA/PGDM in Operations/Management is a plus. 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, sales coordination or a similar role preferred. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong Excel/Google Sheets and basic computer knowledge. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a startup environment. Problem-solving and decision-making ability. Willingness to coordinate with field teams and travel locally when required. Startup experience / logistics / FMCG / restaurant industry experience will be an advantage.
