Scope of Work: - Host weekly Google Meet sessions to review, correct, and optimize existing campaign settings. - Provide expert guidelines to the existing maintenance team to enhance current performance. - Target premium apartment buyers in the ₹1.75 - 3 Crore segment. Key Property Features to be Highlighted: - 100% Vastu-compliant homes - Apartments with villa-style main door entrances - Seamless connectivity: Just 400 meters from our pedestrian gate to Silk Institute Metro Station Expectations: - Implement new techniques, including Artificial Intelligence, to increase the volume of genuine leads. - Provide guidelines to improve the quality of creatives, ad copy, and keywords. - Provide guidelines to effectively reach the genuine target audience. Requirement: Strong experience in real estate marketing with a proven track record of selling premium apartments. Note : Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in real estate selling premium apartments
