Telesales Supervisor

Telesales Supervisor – Blinkit & Swiggy Process Digital Solutions is hiring an experienced Telesales Supervisor to manage and lead our telesales team for the Blinkit & Swiggy process . Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the telesales team. Guide team members on effective calling, pitching, follow-ups, and customer conversion. Monitor daily calling, leads, registrations, and conversion performance. Ensure the team achieves assigned daily and monthly targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. Handle escalations and support the team in resolving customer queries. Prepare and share daily/weekly performance updates with management. Train new team members on the process, pitch, and calling guidelines. Maintain discipline, productivity, and consistent team performance. Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales/telecalling supervision. Experience in Blinkit or Swiggy process will be preferred. Strong communication and team-handling skills. Good convincing and negotiation abilities. Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred. Candidates who can manage a team and drive conversions are preferred.
